Paul is a PhD Scholarship Student at the QUT Centre for a Waste-Free World. His current research explores how to harness the capacities of law and policy, markets, civil society, local communities, technologies and institutions into an overall optimal regulatory mix for reducing food waste that will result in just social outcomes.
