Colin is a protected area specialist having worked in natural area management for over 40 years, holding senior positions in the DBCA. His background is in policy, planning and research with particular interest in the relationship between people the natural environment, which includes the development of Aboriginal programs, joint management, native title, Aboriginal employment and heritage management.
