Drew AW Thornton
Drew Thornton is a Higher Degree by Research student at Curtin University’s School of Media, Creative Arts and Social Inquiry. His research explores how human relationships to environment and place are mediated through text, and how human, text and environment converge to produce imagined futures.
Drew completed the degree of Master of Biological Arts in 2019 at the SymbioticA artistic research laboratory, University of Western Australia, and has subsequently contributed work to the edited volume Fantasy and Myth in the Anthropocene (2022). His PhD research at Curtin University is due to be completed in 2024.
