Jo McDonald

Professor Jo McDonald is the Director of the Centre for Rock Art Research + Management at the University of Western Australia. An archaeologist and rock art specialist, she has been working in Australian cultural heritage management for almost 40 years. Her current ARC Linkage Projects are research collaborations with Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation (MAC). These projects are also partnered by several industry giants and State government departments. Jo has been part of the committee that developed the Murujuga World Heritage dossier, and she sits on the Murujuga Stakeholder Reference Group.
